Terms of Use Agreement:

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Baseball IQ Mentorship Program (from now on referred to as "Program"). By accessing or using the Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"). You may not enter the Program if you do not agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Program Overview

The Baseball IQ Mentorship Program is designed to facilitate mentorship relationships within a group setting. Subscribers (from now on referred to as "Mentees") who join the Program will be placed in a 10-person mentorship group led by an experienced mentor with experience playing professional baseball.

3. Respect and Conduct

By participating in the Program, Mentees agree to:
  • Treat all other Mentees in their mentorship group with respect and courtesy.
  • Respect the guidance and direction provided by their assigned mentor.
  • Engage in constructive and positive interactions within the group.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior within the Program to any of its members, including the mentor.
4. Right to Remove Mentees

Baseball IQ reserves the right to remove any Mentee from the mentorship program, with 7-day notice & without refund, if they are deemed to have:
  • Violated these Terms of Use.
  • Disrespected or disrupted the group in any way.
  • Engaged in behavior that is harmful, offensive, or detrimental to the mentorship experience of others.
 5. No Refund Policy

If a Mentee is removed from the Program under Section 4, Baseball IQ will not issue any refunds or compensation for the unused portion of the Program.

6. Modification of Terms

Baseball IQ reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms of Use at anytime. Any changes to the Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon posting on the Baseball IQ website or emailing Mentees.
