I have a great intensity about me but also have the ability to be easy going when needed. I thinking knowing when to use both to motivate younger players is a skill I am very accomplished at. Each players needs something different to get the most out of them. 

I really want to give back to the younger generation and provide them with knowledge that you can only get from the everyday grind that you experience trying to reach and live your dream.

There is nothing about this journey that has been easy and so many sacrifices have been made. I want to teach the younger generation to learn from my success but also my failures. I want them to have a more prepared experience on and off the field.

It would be an honor to share from my experiences and be able to impact as many young players as I can. I also believe that I will get a lot of of this experience. It feels good to be able to serve others.

I want players to feel prepared on and off the field and feel confident in their ability to reach their goals. Baseball will beat you down time and time again. The guys that are able to handle adversity and learn from it are the ones that are very successful. I want young players to understand the discipline it takes to get to a high level in this great game. I know that my leadership will influence players in the right direction
