It's no secret that athletes are getting stronger & stronger at younger & younger ages. The average fastball velocity and hitting exit velocity have climbed every year for the past decade, and don't show signs of stopping. That's why we went out and found one of the top MiLB strength coaches, Roman Gomez, to design the ideal 12 week workout program. Our programs are age specific, and can be completed at-home with minimal equipment. Much is demanded out of the modern player, our programs will make you stronger & heathier than your competition.
