Why will You Be a Good Mentor?
My journey to the MLB was not easy. Getting drafted straight from College required me to grow-up faster than most. My story will teach players about the power of positive mindsets, confidence in your ability and perseverance against obstacles standing in your way.Â
What can You Help Players w/ the Most?
Being too data and results driven opposed to being true to the process and personal expectations. I see a lot of young guys getting caught up in metrics way too much - sacrificing their competitiveness and will to win. I can teach you how to block out the noise to perform better when the lights are the brightest.
