Before launch day, we will allow you to virtually meet the mentor we chosen for you. - to see if it's a good fit. No monthly payments until you are 100% comfortable & have your questions answered. 

Baseball IQ+ officially kicks off on November 1st. If you join before then, you will have plenty of time to familiarize yourself with your mentor and group - so you can hit the ground running on November 1st.

Mentor assignments are based on considering several factors, including personality, age, position and goals. After joining our program, you'll receive an onboarding form that will help us understand what type of mentor is best suited for you. 

We take great pride in making sure that each athlete in our program has the perfect mentor for what they need.

Most programs attempt to throw band-aids on the problems that are holding you back; instead, we go after the root of the issues, by seeking to understand what you need both mentally & physically to become the best version of yourself. 

Player development is not all about numbers and data - the modern player needs more. That’s why our program centers around you, the athlete, providing the personal connections, conversations, and experience you need to achieve consistent results on the field. 

1. Relationships

Our mentors get to know you as both a player and a person. They assess where you are now, define where you want to go, and craft a plan to conquer any obstacle in the way.  

2. Resources

You gains access to the Baseball IQ Content Vault (100+ hours of content), including hitting insights, professionally crafted throwing programs, and exclusive interviews. 

You can also access personalized video analysis, monthly Zoom Q&A sessions with top pro players, and parenting seminars.

Once a month, parents of BBIQ+ athletes can attend a parenting seminar run by the BBIQ staff + special guest speakers to ask questions and learn how to solve the issues their children are facing.

3. Mentor

All of our mentors have walked the path you want to walk. They've faced the same struggles as you, and found a way to overcome them.

They are excited to pass those lessons down so you can skip the guesswork and improve daily.

To start, our mentors will get a baseline of your current situation, short-term and long-term goals, and what you wants to accomplish over the next year. Everything you tell them will be recorded and used as the "metrics" to measure your progress.

Every month, you have a private check-in meeting with your mentor to briefly update him on your progress.

Also, every month, you will meet with your mentors and group live on a Zoom call. You will update the mentors and group, share stories, and receive a concrete plan to improve the next month.

You will get what you puts into the program; the more you engages with your team, follows your plan advice, and ask questions, the better results you will get.

We expect every player who does this to see a significant difference in their skills or mindset within 30 days.

We will have specific groups that will be more position player-heavy vs pitcher-heavy.  However, we have found that a healthy mix of both is critical. 

The right mentor for your kid is more about personality than what position they play.

We empower players with the tools, resources, and knowledge to own their future. We find that too much involvement from the parent in the mentor-and-player relationship damages trust. Parents who send players our way have seen our track record and trust that our mentors and the system we put them in work.  

By request, we can set up a weekly report to be given to a parent or 1-on-1 parent meetings for any major issues that arise.

Furthermore, we offer a monthly Zoom call for all parents of mentees, with a panel of top pro coaches. This will be your time to ask the tough questions and get the honest answers you need to become the baseball parent your player deserves.

If you wish to cancel outside the first 90 days, you will be removed and not be billed for the next month. The maximum commitment you need to make is 30 days. Relationships & trust take time to build, so patience early on is vital. Please encourage your player to use his mentor and engage with his group as much as possible in the first 3o days - so that he gets comfortable as quickly as possible.

Groups are run through GroupMe. Private channels will be set up by our staff to include your mentor and your fellow 9 mentees. Here you will get to privately DM your mentor for advice + engage with curated content with your peers in a public chat.

Additionally, each group will have their own Google Classroom where their mentors can assign IQ Building assessment and quizzes, and where players can keep track of their development goals/progress.
